Common Questions

Q: Where is the email that is an electronic confirmation for my order; I did not receive it?

A: You can access it one of two ways. First, log in to the my account section on our site, and go to the documents section. If you placed an order with Google Checkout, you should receive an email confirmation, with the links to download, directly from them. IF you haven't received it, first check your spam filter, in your email; if you still can't find it, you can contact us directly, through one of the support emails, and we can then send you the confirmation email.

 

Q: Why doesn't my account page reflect my order?
A: There are two reasons your order isn't showing; if you ordered with Google Checkout, it will not show directly on the site; all of your order confirmation will come directly from Google Checkout, not from us. The second reason is, you may have accidentally checked out on our site, signed in as a guest. Doing this will not result in the order showing as an account, as you are a guest. You simply have to wait for the confirmation email, it will be sent to the email that you sent to us, when you placed your order on the site, and will include all confirmation numbers for the items that you ordered on our site.

 

Q: What does "awaiting fulfillment" mean, on my order status page?
A:  If orders are placed prior to 4 PM (MT), Mon - Fri, they will be processed on the same day. If you order prior to 4 PM, but do not see your order, no need to worry, it has shipped, our systems simply haven't made the update online yet. All updates on our end are made at 10 PM (MT), meaning it will not show until later on in the evening that you order has been placed. If no email has been received, and 2 days have passed, check your spam folder, and also make sure to contact our customer service staff right away, which you can do by filling out the form that is attached directly below, on this page.
